In 2016, Global Industries was certified by Intertek Denmark as an ISO 9001-2015 company. The Danish Lead Auditor conducted our audit. We use Sherlock, a Danish-developed web-based document management system, to support our quality assurance system, which offers bilingual functionality. Our quality management system is built according to our processes, and Sherlock is supported by “Supporting GI-QMS” on our LAN server. As of 2018, the Kingdee ERP system manages product flow, including sales, purchase, quality, and logistics.
Sherlock
Sherlock Web Document Management is a Danish-developed system integrated into Global Industries´ Quality Management system. The configuration is bilingual, English/Chinese and can be entered where ever by logging in on GI QMS.
The system is structured so that it meets all requirements of ISO 9001. GI obtained Certification according to ISO 9001-2015 by Intertek Denmark and was audited by Danish Lead Auditor in 2016. In addition, Intertek conducts an annual surveillance audit.
Inspection report
Global Industries imports products used in the food industry and is audited by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA), part of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Fisheries.
Cooperation with third parties on tests, certificates, etc.
We contract with certified and credited entities such as SGS and CTi for tasks beyond our test facilities. We sometimes have tasks such as migration tests, compliance testing, etc. In addition to standards and regulations, these third parties can conduct thorough product testing, inspections, and certifications. This is done through their expertise and advanced facilities here in China.
